Tinnitus is linked to Eustachain Tube Dysfunction.
Take a deep breath, close your mouth, pinch your nostrils and blow until the ear drum pops. Use saline spray and pump it into the nose not straight up but sideways as the Eustachian Tube is on the side of each nostril in line with the ear.
